PDF export uses the MIT-licensed jsPDF and svg2pdf.js, and JPEG 2000 (.jp2) files are decoded by the Apache-2.0 licensed pdf.js, all likewise embedded. The preprocessing (Lab channels, median filter, bicubic upscaling, Gaussian blur and Sauvola adaptive thresholding) and frieze mode (finding, aligning and median-stacking the repeats of a band into one seamless tile, with its rules and rows of dots fitted rather than traced, or stacking separately struck stamps and rebuilding the design from them) are written for this page. All processing happens locally in your browser; images are never uploaded.
